I. Better experience in a work place will result in better productivity/innovation
o Employee experience is important because employees are the lifeblood of a company. Not only do your employees inform your company culture and your organizational values, but companies known to have a great employee experience also tend to deliver stellar customer experiences.
o Not only are unhappy employees less productive when they're at work, but they actually show up less often than content workers. Absenteeism can cause a decrease in productivity, company finances, and morale - but creating an Employee Experience in which your staff actually wants to come into work can reduce the high cost of absenteeism.
o A positive Employee Experience breeds happy employees, which not only builds a stronger work culture, but also impacts business performance. For increased productivity in your teams, it's important to invest in employee happiness through employee experience management.
o While disengaged employees cost your organization money, engaged employees earn it. As Employee Experience doesn't just mean higher levels of happiness and morale, but a concrete increase in earnings growth.
II. Better experience will lead to an increase in company profit
o Happy employee, happy customers - if the customers are happy with the service that was provided they are more likely to come back. Also if the customer is happy then the customer is likely to spread word and give a review and this can lead to an increase in profit by gaining more customers.

Listening to the employees helps so that can create an environment where the employee is happy can lead to providing better customer service. it also can prevent from leading to a decrease in employee loss an employee is less likely to quit if they are happy with their job and it save the company time and money to hire new employee.
o When the employee is happy it leads to good service skills and this profits the company by helping keep the customers and gain more customers.
