An organization can form four (4) different types of strategic marketing alliances (p.108). Identify and explain each one of them. Devise an alliance between two (2) health care organizations of your choosing, indicating the type of service they provide and then describe the alliance they exhibit. List and explain at least five (5) benefits that the alliance offers the respective partners. Kotler’s Chapter 4 should be helpful here
Part B: 1.5 pages, APA style
Assume a health care organization of your choosing is planning to introduce a new product or service offering. Construct a research plan that shows the five (5) steps for gathering the required information that might be used to determine viability of the offering (pp. 131-133). Be sure to describe the offering being marketed; then list the six (6) steps involved in the marketing research process in sequential order (pp. 130-139). You may want to consult the marketing research system in chapter 5 of Marketing Manageent by Kotler
