These sensors would detect and locate the possible WMD and possibly identify the type of WMD if it emits any form of radiation. In conjunction with the sensors, the NSA will intercept signals from all bad actors to uncover who is responsible for the WMD by intercepting phone communications, internet traffic, and encrypted radio transmissions. During this time, the CIA will be utilizing their information networks through various sources to identify and intercept the WMD.
