Discussion:
In popular literature, we may see the term manager and leader being used interchangeably, as if being a manager and being a leader is really the same thing. We know that being a manager is not the same thing as being a leader.
1. What is the difference between being a manager and being a leader? Why is this distinction important? Do all great leaders make great managers? Do all great managers make great leaders? Why or why not?
2. Some people prefer the leadership role while others prefer the management role. Which role do you believe fits you best? Why do you feel that way?
