5. The human resource function is influence by external factors. Identify the two (2) external factors mentioned in the text, explicitly or not, and describe what the BAE Systems HR did to adapt to those circumstances. (approx 500 words)

6. Describe one action, not mentioned in the text you would have undergone as a HR professional in order to support BAE System strategies. State to which of the six (6) HR functional areas this action is part of. (approx 300 words)
