What behavioral changes and actions did you and the other party agree to? What issues did not get resolved (explain why)? Also, did your relationship with other party get stronger (more positive) or weaker (more negative) as a result of this interaction? Explain why. Are you confident that the other party will change behavior and live up to his or her promises? If yes, explain why (i.e. what did you do that makes you so confident?).
