Provide a brief description of a past situation you either observed or were a direct participant in where GroupThink may have been involved. What were some of the characteristics of that group that may have contributed to the creation of GroupThink? Were you aware of this at the time? Did you engage in any Mind guarding? What impact did this have on the final decision that the group made? Do you think it might have been the best (or optimal) decision? What would you recommend for this group to ensure that GroupThink does not occur again?
