Problem:
Sunny is a 14-year-old, diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder who struggles with transitions from activity to activity. She becomes agitated during transitions, and will sometimes start to cry, breathe deeply, and pull her hair when transitioning. The behavior analyst has attempted to use prompting and counting down; however, it hasn't decreased her anxiety. The behavior analyst has decided to use a visual schedule to help Sunny know the sequence of events and to see her schedule to help her transition.
