The main difference between a traditional marketing plan and a services marketing plan is the fact that it deals with an intangible product rather than a tangible good. For this project, you will identify an organization that offers a service. Identify the type of service the organization offers and perform analysis on trends identified in the associated industry. Develop a services marketing strategy based on the services marketing mix with the goal of strategically optimizing the organization's position and the services offered by it. Your marketing plan should include the following sections: Overview: Identify the general objectives you want to achieve with the plan. What are you seeking to accomplish by implementing this plan? Describe the current state of your company and its strengths and weaknesses. Identify your customers, which are also called your target market. Develop a customer profile. Analyze any research you will conduct to make decisions and implement your marketing plan, such as surveys, emails, opinion polls, or even focus groups. Demonstrate in a specific plan how you will reach your target market. The plan should include the four P's. Specify in your plan their current situation (where they are now) and where they need to go (goal and research) and how they get there (four P's). Make sure to consider all elements of the marketing mix.
