Discrimination Employee Training
Develop your employee training. Your training must include the following:
1. A presentation that guides the training (e.g., slides with information to be presented as well as slides for interactive activities to be completed with participants). For activities, the slides should detail the activity purpose and requirements/steps.
2. A post-training assessment instrument. How will you measure whether or not your employees understood the discrimination information and concepts covered in the training?
3. Materials that will be handed out to training participants (e.g., brochures, outlines, sources, activity information, etc.)
Training must include appropriate citations and reference listings for information used from outside sources.
