Assignment:
Apply the enterprise scenario that you already created for me to develop the framework for an EPM roadmap. The exercise will help you prepare the EPM roadmap for the Portfolio Project due at the end of the course, so be sure to keep that final assignment in mind.
Relative to the scenario, address the following questions:
- Where are we now compared to where we said we would be?
- Why did we get what we got? What happened to give us those results?
- What do we want to happen? What is possible in our industry, in this economy? And what's next?
- How will we get it done? Who will do what, and by when? (Dimon, 2013, p. 59)
Note: When answering these questions do NOT use the first person. We do not need to know individual names, but rather what is important, what are the job roles and/or functions, etc.
Your answer must be of 2 to 3 pages in length with document formatting and (if you use citations) citation formatting per APA Requirments
