1. Identify 3-5 specific outcomes that a public health institution should be responsible for.
2. Set targets, goals, and objectives associated with each outcome.
3. Discuss the strategies you would use for monitoring the progress in each specified outcome area.
4. Develop performance measures for monitoring progress toward meeting the targets, goals, and objectives.
5. Develop strategies for implementing the performance measures.
Your final product will be a Word document and be approximately 6-8 pages in length. Utilize at least 2-3 scholarly sources in your research.
