1. Assess the following community characteristics of the selected census tract (CT)
- demographics of population: age, sex, race/ethnic origin, and income ranges
- neighborhood characteristics: geography, housing, shopping facilities, protective services, transportation, communication network, educational and recreational resources
- health resources: types, services, accessibility, and quality
