Problem: Many organizations are trying to develop new ways to make the work environment more positive during times of serious staffing shortages. Many organizations are also utilizing surveys, and taking the time to really understand the needs of their employees, as the new workers become younger, what is important to them keeps on changing, being able to change and adapt to the needs of the co-workers will go a long way in improving satisfactions.
