In the small town two retailers A and B are competing for business. They have one store each. Under present conditions they share total sales of $800,000 equally. Retailer-B can open only 1 extra store, or may continue with existing store (no new stores). Every new store costs $50,000 to build. If they have same number of stores retailers will share total sales equally; if 1 retailer has one more store than other it will have 55% of total sales; if 1 retailer has two more stores than other one it will have 65% of total sales.
