In a restaurant organization, develop a diversity and inclusion strategy for at least one work area.
Ensure that you:
a) Research opportunities for diversity and inclusion in the workforce
b) Develop diversity and inclusion objectives and strategies suitable for the workforce and organization.
Create a one-two page report that demonstrates how you have completed each task and states the objectives and strategies you have developed for diversity and inclusion. Attach the completed report to your workbook and submit to the assessor.
