Problem: As you progress through your program, you will be asked to collaborate with your classmates. The goal is to provide you with opportunities to develop your communication, delegation, and conflict-resolution skills that you can leverage in your chosen career field. Visit the Center for Collaboration to learn why employers seek collaborators and how you can improve your collaboration skills. Take a moment to get to know your collaborative group. Complete the Collaboration Quick Start Guide with your group to set expectations for yourselves. Throughout this week, your small group will be tasked with discussing a given scenario and your group's reactions and recommendations based on provided prompts. At the end of the week, your group will choose 1 representative to submit a summary of your discussion. Note: This will be a separate assignment from your weekly participation discussion with the entire class.
