The main aim of our project is to develop an IT Help Desk for the facilities available in a college campus.

Aims

The general aim of this project is to make an online system to solve or fix an IT problem for a college staff by IT support team. So that the investigator has to make survey and investigation to collect the needed information that will help the investigator to find the solution to the software. So that the investigation plan steps will be clarified and explain the plan. The investigator has to write the report after the investigation and find out the reason of chosen the project and specify the problems and make his/her own recommendations to fix the problems.

Objectives

The objectives of this project are:

(i) to enhance the functionality of the IT help desk by developing the Performance Analysis Module in it.

(ii) To be able to generate and customize reports in .txt file according to the functionality provided in the Performance Analysis Module.

(iii) To ease the work of employers and managers in terms their time taken to produce report.
