Assignment Task: Develop an EBP Standard Based on the literature review, it is clear that there is support for implementing an evidence-based practice standard on falls prevention among older adults. However, there are also some challenges associated with EBP implementation that need to be considered when developing a plan for change. These challenges include lack of time/resources, resistance from providers/staff/patients, inadequate infrastructure/support from leadership/administration.
