Problem:
SIMPLIFY: The current system does assist the international partner to identify requirements, options, sources, and any capabilities gaps prior to automatically generating a Pre- Letter of Request (LOR). Within this area of the FMS process lifecycle the improvement would develop an automatic notification to all case managers of the LOR being created/requested by the partner nation. The channels of submission instead of being selected by a specific Case Manager/ POC will change to a divisions Mailbox to make the notification available for all Case Managers.
