Questions
1. Develop an analysis model that will support pivot table analysis using RFM techniques. Use no more than five quintiles to cluster the ticket data. From your RFM model which customers are:
a. "Most valuable" to the club?
b. Are their "least valuable" customers? Who are they? Why do you feel they're "least valuable"?
c. How do you define "value to the club" and why? What in your analysis leads to this definition of value?
2. For the 12 game seasons:
a. What was total attendance? How do you propose to segment attendance to report to Mr. Goldsmith as requested?
b. What was per game attendance? Using segmentation as defined above, report variance across the season.
c. Do you have any recommendations to assist in attendance for next season?
