Problem: Every organization has the responsibility for training employees to ensure that they do their jobs properly, effectively and have the knowledge they need to operate in the work environment and company culture. Training programs are resources that strengthen employees and develop employee skills needed to fulfill their obligation to the organization successfully. Healthcare organization training programs present learning and development opportunities in areas like compliance and risk management, ethics, HIPAA, malpractice, social intelligence, teamwork and team building, interpersonal skills, computer ethics, and diversity and inclusion.
