Your Strategic HRM plan needs to
Provide an overview of the strategic issues identified in Assignment 2
Include a HRM mission statement based on the organisation's mission and strategy
Include an overall HRM strategy (organisational level) which incorporates individual strategies, addressing specific HRM issues, which are incorporated into the HRM plan
Address technology requirements needed to deliver on planned HRM strategies and
Incorporate metrics.
