Develop a Resourcing Strategy for implementing the change management strategy. In the resourcing strategy, students will need to develop a fit for purpose organizational strategy to manage resources related to the change management strategy. This may include plans for recruiting personnel for conducting change management, training, communication and other use of other relevant resources.
