Homework: Recruitment Plan
Instructions
For this homework, you will assume the role of a human resources specialist in a health care organization of your choosing (hospital, private practice, etc.). Develop a recruitment plan for a position category within the organization as the focus of this plan (examples: physicians, registered nurses, medical assistants, HIM professionals, etc.), which should include the following:
a) A minimum of five sections, with the total document being 2 to 3 pages in length (not including a cover and reference page).
b) This plan will serve as an internal guide and resource for all hiring managers within the organization.
Format your homework according to the give formatting requirements:
a. The answer must be double spaced, typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
b. The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the course title, the student's name, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
c. Also include a reference page. The references and Citations should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
