Develop a project network using either: (A) An experience you have personally had, or (B) make up a hypothetical situation to complete the assignment but keep it simple.
In a management style report:
Provide a description of a (the) project that has at least 10 different activities. These activities must have some precedence order to them, and, additionally, some activities that must be performed simultaneously.
Provide a time estimate for each activity using the PERT time estimating procedure (optimistic, most likely, pessimistic).
Draw a network for the activities using activity-on-node (A0N). The network must be properly labeled.
Solve the network by using ES, LS, EF, LF, and Slack to determine the critical path.
Provide any conclusions you can draw from your analysis.
