1) Describe what Delamere customers "expect" and "express" and brainstorm a list of potential "excite" items.
2) Develop a process map for the Delamere wine making process. (The exhibits and slides provide enough detail to base your process map).
Using the DOWNTIME model, brainstorm where the waste (or non-value added) taking place in Delamere's winemaking process today. Identify where the waste occurs relative to the process map you have developed.
