For this Performance Task Assessment, you will develop a plan to advocate as a social change agent for a particular population in your community. You will research to identify specific characteristics and needs of your focus population, and then match this population with existing organizations and services in your community, as well as identify needed services to be developed. You will organize your research in a PowerPoint presentation of 10-12 slides, plus title and reference slides that could be shared with various stakeholders in your community.
