Your group has been put together by the company, to develop a market research report into a state in the US. In order to get the approval of your management team, regarding the markets you have been assigned, you have to do some background research, and justify the spending of their money on the research project.
Your group will be required to develop a market research proposal, and prepare a 5 slide PowerPoint slide - details in Appendix 2 . This proposal shall outline the methodology of research, the sample sizes, and purpose statement, the goals, and expectations of the research outcomes. In addition, a budget and a timeline must be proposed. You will need to present it with a critical path.
Remember: This is not a strategic paper - it is looking for approval to conduct research. This proposal will also act as a roadmap for your research, which means that you will be able to utilize it during the execution of your market research and report.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
o The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
o The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
o Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
