Problem
Your organization is a community-based organization that has years of experience working with immigrant communities and has several bilingual staff and culturally competent staff members, even if other local health providers are not bilingual. Your organization does not necessarily provide health services, but it does specialize in health education and providing supportive services (e.g., access to housing, transportation services, food, mental health work, etc.). Your organization also has an unrestricted fund for emergencies.
Describe the steps that you would take to develop and plan a health intervention on behalf of the target population. Describe inter-and intra - organization collaboration efforts you would try to seek out. Describe the steps you would take to make sure your relationships and roles were clear. Also, describe what you would include in your proposal (make sure you research the challenges immigrants face when they come to the US to identify some of the components of your plan).
Also, describe your type of intervention, your goals, how you would prepare for compliance, how you would prepare staff, and what the reasons are to justify your framework.
