an example of two school have different sociological and socioeconomic factors in USA. One of the schools is well-equipped and have highly educated teachers while the other suffer from the lack of resources. Each school reflects the socioeconomic factors. As an HR specialist, if I hired in the poor school I have to face this question:
What will I do to enlighten the decision maker? What will I do to improve the performance the teachers in the both sides?
I have to come up with the factors I need to analyze in relation to both settings? What factors I need to analyze in both organization?
Develop a framework of analysis through which you will come up with a viable solution that can be implemented for both organization?
