Project Problem: Crisis Communications Plan
Instructions
Develop a crisis communications plan for your stakeholders, including a social media policy. The plan should include ideas you have offered in essays and assignments you have already submitted in this course, most specifically the outline submitted. Walk through how you believe organizational leaders and their spokespeople should decide and act during a crisis. Your plan should include at least the following items (not necessarily in this order):
a) an introduction and description of your crisis communications plan,
b) purpose,
c) scope,
d) situations and assumptions,
e) audience profiles,
f) review of leadership hierarchy and approval processes,
g) key communication strategies,
h) delegation of responsibilities,
i) evaluation of communication efforts, and
j) guidelines addressing social media.
The response must include a reference list. One-inch margins, double-space, Using Times New Roman 12 pnt font and APA style of writing and citations.
