Problem
The variable and often unique nature of most projects, especially construction projects, necessitates a substantial level of documented closure for the project. As a result, it is important to bring closure to the project by reviewing the work that has been completed and documenting any recommendations or best practices that could increase the effectiveness and efficiency of future work.
This activity is asking to develop a course closeout and recommendation report. The course code is LAW100, and the subjects covered are Contracts in the Construction Industry, The Construction Lien Act, Trusts and Government Contracts.
The report should clearly address both the achievement in the course, and the areas for improvement. A sufficient level of detail about the work and the approaches to completing the work will be required in order for the recommendations to be placed in the proper context.
