Problem: Develop a brief semi-structured interview protocol to address the RQs How will telemonitoring interventions benefit Hispanic adults with diabetes? What environmental and individual factors influence Hispanic adults from participating in telemonitoring interventions? For each RQ provide three to five open-ended interview questions (six to ten questions total for both RQs).
