Determining skin outer surface temperature for calm day

1) Wind chill that is experienced on the cold, windy day, is related to increased heat transfer from exposed human skin to surrounding atmosphere. Let layer of fatty tissue which is 3 mm thick and whose interior surface is maintained at the temperature of 36oC. On calm day convection heat transfer coefficient at outer surface is 25 W/m2×K, but with 30 km/h winds it reaches 65 W/m2×K. In both cases the ambient air temperature is - 15oC.
(k=0.3 W/m.K)
