A few automobile accidents happen at different high-risk intersections in Titan region in spite of traffic lights. Traffic Department claims that modification in type of light will decrease these accidents. Commissioners of region have agreed to a proposed experiment. 8 intersections were selected at random, and lights at those intersections were customized.
