Purpose of Homework
Address six unresolved issues in macroeconomics, each of which is central to current political debates. Students are required to use information and tools that they have accumulated in their study of the text and evaluate both sides of those issues, determine which side they can support for each issue, and defend their positions.
Task
I. Select two subjects from the following list of topics and write a 1,050 words analysis:
1) Active monetary and fiscal policy
2) Increased government spending to fight recessions
3) Reducing federal government's discretionary powers
4) Zero-inflation target
5) Balanced government budget
6) Tax incentives for saving
II. Evaluate both the advocates' position and the critics' position.
III. Determine which position you support and defend your position.
Format your homework according to the following formatting requirements:
(1) The answer should be typed, double spaced, using Times New Roman font (size 12), with one-inch margins on all sides.
(2) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the homework, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
(3) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references should follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
