Overview:
Part A: Identify the competencies required for Learning and Development Coordinator position.
Part B: Develop five Behaviour-Descriptive questions for Learning and Development Coordinator job description based on these competencies. For each behaviour-based question, you will be required to:
a) Determine the weighting assigned to each question (based on the competencies you've already identified)
