Many people enjoy excitement of working and living in a foreign country, but many others do not want to work in a foreign country, particularly if an assignment is apparent to be very long term or permanent. However, some nationalities (Australians, Americans, Dutch and British) are more willing to accept foreign assignments than others (Germans, French, Spanish, Italians, and Swiss). Why?
