Pt exhibited signs of severe depression over the course of the last 3-4 days after being served with divorce papers.
Pt is listless and unresponsive. Respiration labored, BP 80/65, P slow and erratic. Skin pale and moist. Stomach pumped. Pt responding to treatment.
DX: Poisoning by Nytol due to attempted suicide
Admit to observation unit.
Call for psychiatric evaluation.
