Determine the kinetic energy of rod with its joined particle

The two thin rods of length L are rotating with the similar angular speed (in rad/s) about axes which pass perpendicularly via one end. Rod A is mass-less however consists of a particle of mass 0.71 kg joined to its free end. Rod B consists of a mass of 0.71 kg that is distributed uniformly all along its length. The length of each and every rod is 0.70 m, and the angular speed is 4.6 rad/s. Determine the kinetic energies of rod A with its joined particle and of rod B.
