Discussion Post: Integrative and Distributive Negotiations
1) Use the Internet to locate information regarding a negotiation from the past year that you would consider to be integrative in nature.
2) Examine the differences between distributive and integrative negotiation. Determine the importance of separating the people from the problem when negotiating. Support your position with examples from the negotiation you chose.
3) Respond to at least one of your classmates with length, content, and substance. Comment on how the negotiation strategy and planning could have affected the negotiation.
The response should include a reference list. Using double-space, Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
