Problem: Reply to Leadership inspires others toward a common goal by providing encouragement and support that motivates them to do their best. Leaders determine the direction they want their team to move in and show them how to get there. Leaders inspire their followers to grow in new directions and motivate them to achieve goals that benefit the followers and the organization. In this class, I want to discover things about myself that will make me a better leader. I want to develop confidence in my leadership abilities and deepen my self-awareness to be more impactful as a leader. I look forward to learning with you over the next five weeks!
