Determine the cooling water inside pipe diameter required

A Rankine cycle is to drive an electric generator to produce 600 MW of electricity. The generator is 95% efficient.
The boiler is producing steam at 1450 psi and 900 deg F. This pressure and temperature is regulated by varying the firing of no. 6 fuel oil in the boiler. The heating value of no. 6 fuel oil is 153,000 btu/gallon (see my web site for heating values of other fuels).

Cooling water for the condenser comes from a river at 65 deg F. The water returns to the river at 70 deg F since a local environmental regulation prohibits increasing the water temperature by more than 5 deg F. The piping carrying the cooling water is constructed of wood staves. The velocity of water in the piping has been set to be 10 ft/sec.

The condenser operates at 0.7 psia with the cooling water at 65 deg F.

Determine the enthalpies at each point in the cycle assuming the ideal Rankine assumptions we use in our class.
Determine the flow rate of steam from the boiler in lb/h
Determine the cooling water flow rate.
