Problem: Based simply on an owner's description, it can sometimes be difficult to determine if a patient presented for "passing out" is having a seizure or syncope episode. Discuss what type of things in your physical examination of the patient you will pay particular attention to and anything you might do differently from a "routine" physical exam.
