Determine how much is the energy loss of two-disk system

The two uniform disks are mounted (similar to merry-go-round) on frictionless bearings on the similar axle and can be brought altogether so that they couple and rotate as one unit. The first disk, having mass M and radius R is set spinning clock-wise at angular speed of Wo. The second disk having mass 3M and Radius R/2 is set spinning counter-clockwise having the sample angular speed of Wo. They then coupled altogether. (The rotational inertia of the disk is mr^2/2). Determine their angular speed and direction of rotation after coupling? Determine how much is the energy loss of the two-disk system caused by these coupling?
