Determine center and surface temperatures of the apples

A person puts a few apples into a freezer a 15 degrees C below zero. Initially, the apples were at a uniform temperature of 25 degrees C and the heat transfer coefficient on the surfaces is 8 W/m^2K. Assuming the apples are 9 cm-diameter spheres and the properties to be as follows (density, p = 840 kg/m^3; specific heat, Cp = 3.81 kJ/kgK; thermal conductivity, k = 0.418 W/mK; and absorptivity, a = 1.3 x 10^-7 m^2/s), determine the center and surface temperatures of the apples in 1 hr. Also, determine the amount of heat transfer from each apple.
