1) Determine a cognitive test that would be applicable to the job of Head of Customer Relationship Management. Provide a rationale for the selection of the test.
2) Determine the Extroversion that would be ideal for the candidate to have for the position selected in be able to support why this score of extroversion would be ideal for the above position.
3) Make a structured interview for the job that was selected to ensure that there is a scale for all questions.
