That is, the styles of food or cuisine themes (national, international, modern) that can be found in Australian restaurants. Select three of the cuisines on your list and describe an entree, main and dessert dish that could be applicable to each. Also conduct research to find out details about an event or festival that is held in your local area that supports each of these three international cuisines/ cultures.
