Design trade off

Can anyone parapharse this paragraph?

Design Trade off Approach
Cost- Tradeoff among costs in this design process regards software and hardware. Purchasing a piece of COTS such as shop keep to meet design requirements cuts down costs in a major way. This way the Kudler organization can spend more money on the needed hardware such as monitors and customer machines. Time also is a major trade off in this design method. Manufacturing an application from scratch would be more costly. Making graphical images smaller and fewer will speed up time. This cuts down on the amount of time spent on processing each day.
Schedule- The schedule of this project is very simple. Making the most of each phase is an important factor in making this project successful. Rather than making more detailed steps in the design process could add on more time than expected. Focusing on four major steps will speed up the process greatly. Savings on cost of application choices will provide more money spent on time in the selection choices.
Performance- Choosing over the counter software helps performance because it can be trouble shoot easier than a self-built application. Most of the over the counter software is very basic and user friendly which meet requirements for this project. One professional employee will have to be staffed to assist costumers on a daily basis. Acquiring one employee per shift will be a more beneficial tradeoff than contracting out a whole team to develop the software.
